Funny. Here I am a CSR for Cricket Wireless for nine months and a member of AT&T wave 5.3, but people who are from wave 12, 13, 18 are getting promoted first that we are. We, the tenured agents, the experienced people are getting ignored. Hahaha! I dont really mind a bit, seriously, but it is a sad thought if I will devote time to dwell on it. But d'you know what's so fucked up about it, though? They are getting promoted because they are mistresses of the manager or of the assistant manager or of the MC.
